V. Accreditation and event access for members of the press
The representatives of mainstream media – print and online media, photo, radio, television, news agencies – will be accredited to cover this meeting following a selection procedure. Should you wish to cover the Bucharest EHEA Ministerial Conference and Third Bologna Policy Forum, please submit the Media accreditation form, together with a photocopy of your valid professional press card and a copy of your passport, to the e-mail address: firstname.lastname@example.org, no later than 20 April 2012.

Members of the European or international media must submit the Media accreditation form at the designated e-mail address (email@example.com).
For members of the national media, the Media accreditation form must be accompanied by a recommendation from the head of the national delegations present at the Bucharest Ministerial events or the Bologna Follow-Up Group (BFUG) representatives. The names and contact details for the BFUG representatives are available on the EHEA official Website, on the “Members” section: http://www.ehea.info/members.aspx.
The press passes can be picked up at the Media accreditation counter at the Conference venue (Palace of the Parliament) upon presentation of an identification (passport, official national press pass, driver's license, etc).
